MM Group Holdings are pleased to announce the acquisition of the associated assets formerly owned by GE Energy Services Transformer Oil Analysis Laboratory by our wholly owned subsidiary TxMonitor Pty Ltd. This acquisition will add to TxMonitor^® current offerings of inspection, test and audit services to owners of transformer assets.

Our NATA approved laboratory will continue to offer services to existing clients and the wider user community. The facility will be managed by Carlos Gamez assisted by laboratory chemist Hayley Coulson.
